Meet Schlida Young

Schlida Young is a technology strategist, entrepreneur, product development leader, and speaker with more than 28 years of experience driving innovation, transformation, and organizational growth.
Her career spans enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, product development, strategic leadership, and complex program execution across multiple industries.
With a Master of Science in Product Development from Northwestern University, a background in engineering and design technology, and PMP credentials, Schlida brings a distinctive ability to connect big-picture strategy with practical execution.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to more than 110 initiatives and identified over $30 million in business opportunities.
Her entrepreneurial journey reflects a broader vision: creating specialized platforms through which technology, creativity, education, and business strategy can help individuals and organizations realize their potential.
As the founder of Organized Synergy Consulting Group, she established the foundation for Lida Automates, Lida Generates, and Lida Speaks. She is also the Co-Founder and Chief Product & Strategy Officer of SolviOnyx Optimization Solutions, LLC.
